A community voice for Wentworth Point
Wentworth Point Community Group (WPCG) is a volunteer-led community group bringing together local residents who care about the future of Wentworth Point.
We help residents share ideas, raise local concerns, discover useful information and participate in community life. WPCG also works constructively with the City of Parramatta, community organisations, local businesses and other stakeholders where collaboration can benefit the neighbourhood.
WPCG began following a City of Parramatta initiative inviting Wentworth Point residents to form a representative community group for the growing neighbourhood.

In 2024, the City of Parramatta sought expressions of interest from residents interested in forming a representative community group for Wentworth Point.
The initiative recognised the needs of a rapidly growing neighbourhood and the value of having a dedicated forum where residents could raise issues, contribute ideas and participate in conversations about their community.
Local volunteers responded to that invitation and formed WPCG, creating a resident-led group focused on strengthening community connections and helping improve local outcomes.

This website is part of WPCG’s effort to make local information and participation easier to access.
Residents can use the portal to discover community news, upcoming events, classes and activities, local businesses, deals, practical guides and opportunities to participate in the neighbourhood.
