Join Us for the Launch of New Ball Stop Nets & Free BBQ at Wentworth Point!

Wentworth Point Sports Club is excited to invite the community to the launch of our new Mobile Ball Stop Nets,
funded through the NSW Government Local Sport Grant Program.
The two new nets are ready for use at Wentworth Point Sports Park. They will help make the Sports Park safer
for everyone, including protecting children using the adjacent playground, while supporting participation across
multiple sports.
The community launch will showcase the new nets in action through sports activities, demonstrating how the
nets can support a wider range of sporting opportunities at the park.
The event will also include the official launch and unveiling of a plaque acknowledging the NSW Government’s
investment in this important community sporting infrastructure.
Thanks to the generous support of Marion Facilities Management, there will also be a free community BBQ
from 12:00 pm–2:00 pm.
